Damped single point load cells or center cells in aluminum, steel and stainless steel. These load cells are specially designed for use in weighing systems. They consist out of a single point load cell mounted between friction plates in an enclosure filled with a damping fluid. Additional to the single point characteristics this damping suppresses dynamic effects which facilitates by example the control of moving objects.
